Review:

What does it mean to be marked? And for what purpose? Ms. Anderson does her best to answer these questions for us in her newest book, and she answers it well. Not only was this book good, but I read it in one sitting!

Emergency Room doctor Janine McKinley-Grayson is reaching the end of a long twelve hour shift, where she deals with death and lecherous EMTs when a naked man is rolled into her ER after being hit by a bus. He comes to with no memory of whom he is or why he's naked; all he knows is that he hates hospitals and he's very attracted to Dr. Grayson. Give him hypersensitive senses and beyond human strength, and she can't lie about her attraction to him either. Add in an ex-husband who won't leave her alone, and a male doctor who wants to give Janine a naked physical and hates taking no for an answer, and Marked is a mixture of explosive proportions.

Janine is also an empath who learned at a young age to keep people's feelings out of her head, but she can't keep the naked patient, Connor, out of her head. She feels everything he does and then some.

I should warn you that there is a sex scene that gets to the point of violence and leaves a woman heavily marked, so if you've a faint heart, be careful. Over all, Marked was a delicious read and just as satisfying. My only suggestion to readers is make sure you've cleared your schedule of all things when you sit down to read this book: You won't be able to put it down!
