Lauren N. Sharman, who was voted Best Romance Author in the 2006 Preditor’s and Editor’s Readers Poll, has been creating characters and writing short stories since she was a little girl. But it was her love of reading—and her husband’s encouragement—that inspired her to write novels. At home in Maryland, she and her husband live on three acres of land with their daughter, and very adventurous German Shepherd. Lauren enjoys NFL football, watching her daughter play fast pitch softball and basketball, and spending time—when she can find it—creating bad boys for her next novel.
