Review:

Keri Arthur writes a fast paced grip the edge of your seat romantic suspense story in Beneath A Darkening Moon. This sequel to Beneath A Rising Moon continues with Savannah's story--Neva Grant's twin. As with other Keri Arthur books this one will keep your interest from the first chapter.

Savannah Grant, the sheriff in the town of Ripple Creek, has a past that no one knows about. As murders take place in her town that closely resemble the ones long ago, her history is coming back to haunt her. Now, Savannah has to keep close watch that her past doesn't catch up with her.

Cade Jones has been called in to catch the killer. He never expected to find the woman who had changed his life a decade ago--a woman who'd run when she got the chance. Now he has the opportunity to hold her to the promises she made back then.

As the murders continue, it becomes clear that the killer has a larger plan--revenge. In order to survive, Savannah finds herself having to trust the one man who had taken her trust and her heart, and smashed them both.

If you like werewolf stories, I would recommend the Ripple Creek series, by Keri Arthur. She is one of the few writers who can really make the characteristics of the humans and shape-shifters coincide with each other so well.
