Marrying young, raising four children, and attending school nights to become an English teacher when her last child graduated high school, gave Elaine Violette little time to write more than journals, dozens of them, and poetry. Not until her children were having children of their own did she find the time to write for publication. When she’s not working on a novel, Elaine enjoys drawing, kayaking, and traveling. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of CT and a Masters from Central CT State. At present, she teaches Public Speaking at a local community college. Her first novel Regal Reward , published by Cerridwen Press, is available as both an ebook and in print. Her second, Lavender Lady is soon to be released.
