Review:

Picture a tall, dark, and dangerous man with eyes so dark they look black. With Holt The Interceptor that is actually what you get. Now mix in vampires and you get the setup for a great book.

Ivy Green is a private investigator who specializes in bringing kids back to their parents from the Chicago Goth scene. She now has a special case: her own flighty sister who has decided to sample life as a Sanguinarian. Heather is traveling with two unknown women on their boat, the Bloody Hell. Ivy follows the lead, and tracks her sister down to a small town on Lake Michigan's shore only to find that is she not the only one on the trail of the Bloody Hell. After being run off the road by him, Ivy meets her vision of TALL, DARK & DANGEROUS in the form of Holt Raven, and boy is he a vision.

Raven and two other members of the Unkindness of Ravens are on the track of a Clutch of vampires who use a boat to keep their location hidden. Holt, always the loner of the group, is stunned when he meets Ivy Green. He is quickly drawn to her in a way that he has always dreamed of but never thought possible. However, this dark-haired vixen will not stay where he leaves her. Will he be able to protect Ivy, find her sister, and complete his mission?

Having read all the previous Raven books by Rhiannon Neeley, I was really looking forward to this one and was not disappointed. Holt The Interceptor follows the story of the Raven family, and picks up where Drake The Defender leaves off. This is a great addition to this series. If you like strong alpha men and sassy women, this is the book for you.
