Today, John operates the Brand Autopsy Marketing Practice, a consultancy helping businesses focus on marketing with authentic passion. He also serves as a consultant with the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. John speaks all over the country to marketers on a range of topics, including word of mouth marketing strategies and how to build a captivating brand.
