For the last eight months we have delved into a great adventure alike our own novels’ adventures. We have explored independent publishing to a higher level, publishing our books in print and digital formats, we have tried different avenues in promotion joining exclusive programs and we have learned, and learned, and learned a lot. We joined organizations and mailing lists dedicated to enriching and enhancing a writer’s craft. We took to heart each and every lesson and we will continue to do so. Our path is a joint one.
We began to tread it with soft little baby steps and we now take more confident strides toward our future.
We understand and take each lesson to heart, we push each other forward and toward betterment with each day and each new project.
Ireland is and will always be a part of my writing. It is embedded in the books we write one way or another. Its culture, language, people will always influence my career and is a big part of our successful series.
Currently we have two projects in progress and have several others lined-up for the near future. Today brings the certainty that this is where I had to get, this is what I was meant to do and every single experience, be it good or bad, forged the writer I am now.
Chris Almeida (also known as C. Almeida) began writing children’s stories at a very young age. Born in Brazil but currently living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Chris’ life took a totally different course when technology came into play, and the following 17 years were spent delving deep into the world of programming and web design.
It was in 2010, when Chris began role playing online as a hobby, that writing worm its way back into the picture. This time, writing storylines for the role playing group.
The ideas and plots created for the game awoke the inner writer and a few months later, together with partner in crime Cecilia Aubrey (C. Aubrey), began writing romantic erotica.
Now, still together, they have written a number of short stories and novels and are currently working on book two and three of their series as well as several short stories part of the spin off series. Through it all they have continued to enjoy role playing through their favorite characters.
