Review:

Paige King-Travis comes from a family of money, but she's insistent on making a career without their help. She's doing a great job at earning her points at the law firm she works for. The only problem is Ben Travis. Ben is Paige's husband and he feels like his wife is married to her job and not to him. Paige is constantly working overtime, missing dinners, and hasn't had sex with her husband in months. Ben begins to wonder if Paige is having an affair and not actually working those long hours.

He decides to give his marriage one last ditch effort, and cooks Paige's favorite food: pizza with mushrooms and sausage. If she blows it this time, he's leaving her for good. Ben doesn't want to end the marriage, but he feels there's no marriage with her always being at work. He prays his wife will come home for dinner, but when Paige finally shows up four hours later, Ben throws away the pizza. He tries to get her to talk about their issues. Paige is tired and gives him the brush off. That's the last straw for him and he decides to leave

Devastated, Paige needs to find a way of winning back her husband. She coaxes him up to her grandmother's cabin on the premise that her car will not start. Her plan is to get him to the cabin and show him a side of herself she's never revealed. Paige has a weekend of sex in store for her husband. Is it too late for this once happy couple to mend the fences? Will her plan of seduction work? Or will Ben turn around and leave, never to look back?

The Cabin Fever is a great book. Vanessa Hart is a talented author. I see much success in her future with more stories like this one. The plot is totally believable in this day and age; it's reality for many couples. The characters make you feel their pain. And the sex is hot! The Cabin Fever is a must read.
