Book Two in the Lilith's Legacy series
Ms. Ross has done it again! After reading Lilith's Legacy: The Wooing, I couldn't wait to get my hands on part two, Lilith's Legacy: Seduction. Lilith has renounced Sammael as her mate in front of another demon, so she is no longer bound to him in any way. However, she now plans to renounce him as the Leader of Cat Clan--and to put herself in his place. She demands an audience with Satan, the Leader of Serpent Clan, and since Serpent Clan is the strongest, he is the Leader of all other Clans.
Lilith has stolen fruit from the Tree of Life in Eden, and in turn has made herself immortal. She took extra pieces of fruit back to Hell with her, and now she uses them as a bargaining chip to get Satan to agree to name her the new Leader of Cat Clan in front of the Council of Seven.
Lilith doesn't realize what she's getting herself into when she goes for the Leadership, nor does she realize just how angry Sammael will be when he realizes he lost his mate (to his brother no less!) and his authority all in one fell swoop.
Ms. Ross has taken a myth that is centuries old, and given it a fresh, sexy twist that just begs for more. Whether you believe it or not, whether you believe in anything or not, this book has so much more to offer than legend! She turns Hell into a place where I certainly wouldn't mind being sentenced to spend all eternity! It's full of naughty delights and creatures so beautiful they beg to be touched, just to make sure they are real.
Only slightly longer than Lilith's Legacy: The Wooing, at less than one hundred pages, this is a late night book for when you toss and turn and know sleep will elude you. While you won't be catching any shuteye, this book is full of things to make your blood run hot and cause your computer screen to scream for anything to cool it down!
