Pelaez, Ana Sofia

Ana Sofia Peláez is the Cuban-American writer behind Hungry Sofia, whose parents emigrated from Cuba to the U.S. in the early 1960s. She recently published a comprehensive overview of Cuba's cuisine in The Cuban Table: A Celebration of Food, Flavors, and History.
